Ellō BEAUTÉ Deposit Policy:

At Ellō BEAUTÉ, we're dedicated to enhancing your salon journey, ensuring the highest quality of services while keeping things transparent and seamless. To achieve this, we've outlined the following deposit requirements:

Service-Specific Deposits:

• Nails, waxing, brow/lash tinting, lash lifts, brow lamination,  requires a $40 deposit.

• Brow wax, a $10 deposit.

• Cosmetic Tattoo, a $150 deposit.

Booking with Confidence:

• Without the specified deposit, your appointment won't be secured, booked, or confirmed.

• When reserving via phone, your deposit guarantees your preferred date and time, as appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon deposit receipt.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

• We understand that plans can shift. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to minimize inconvenience.

• Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• For changes with less than 24-hour notice, a 50% service cost will be charged.

• Same-day cancellation, rescheduling, or a no-show results in the full service cost.

• To schedule a new appointment, full payment and a fresh deposit are necessary.

Late Arrival Consideration:

• We respect both your time and the dedication of our professionals. You have a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointments.

• Should you arrive later than 15 minutes, we'll ensure your appointment is rescheduled, and a fair charge may apply for the scheduled service. This allows us to fairly compensate the time and resources allocated to each appointment.

Confirmation of Understanding:

• By booking your appointment, you affirm that you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to these outlined terms and conditions.
