MICRONEEDLING

Post-treatment care is crucial for optimal healing and results. Here's what to expect and how to care for your skin.

First 24–48 Hours:

  • Your skin may feel like a mild sunburn—red, tight, and sensitive. This is normal.

  • Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area.

  • Do not apply makeup for 24–48 hours.

  • Avoid sweating, saunas, hot showers, and workouts for at least 24 hours.

  • Do not wash your face for the first 8–12 hours post-treatment.

  • When cleansing, use only a gentle, non-active cleanser—no exfoliants or scrubs.

  • Apply soothing, hydrating products as recommended by your provider (e.g., hyaluronic acid, recovery creams).

Days 2–7:

  • Mild flaking or dryness may occur—this is part of the skin renewal process.

  • Continue using gentle, hydrating products—avoid retinoids, acids, or harsh ingredients.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure, and apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.

  • Do not pick, peel, or scratch your skin as it heals.

Maintenance & Long-Term Care

  • Results continue to improve over 2–4 weeks as collagen production increases.

  • A series of 3–6 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, is recommended for best results.

  • Continue using sun protection daily, as UV exposure can interfere with skin renewal.

  • Avoid harsh treatments (peels, laser, waxing) in the treated area until fully healed.
